The Balochistan High Court formally known as the High Court of Balochistan, is the supreme judicial authority in the province of Balochistan, Pakistan. Located in the provincial capital of Quetta, this court serves as the highest legal institution in the region, handling a broad spectrum of civil, criminal, and constitutional cases.

The court’s establishment marked a significant milestone in Balochistan’s judicial history, with Mir Ali Dost Bugti serving as its first judge. Currently, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan presides as the Chief Justice, having assumed his duties on August 9, 2021.

The Balochistan High Court was established on 1 December 1976, marking 47 years of judicial service.
